Moon Wizard sketch challenge

Moon Wizard is an obscure oneshot Plastic Man character from the 1940s who became a point of interest during the Generate 24-hour comics and sketch challenge in our SEQA lab when one student stumbled across him when searching for DC characters to draw for the challenge.  His DC Wiki information page can be found here.
